the on and off connection has decided not to work online again not sure the right spot to report it but has just happened

OFF LINE ISSUE!!
We are all experiencing the off line problem when loading the farms. Also, there are errors in the console. We still are able to work our farms or our Super Neighbors farms off line. We have emailed the developers to let them know. Thanks for your patience.

Reload the game folks if you still need to be online to do things like hire or trade online.
Looks like the offline issue is now resolved. Thank you for your reports and your patience while you were waiting for this to be fixed!
